Booking Terms-
Added Time on the Day of Event
:If your event is a hit and you’d like to keep your artist longer — great news, you can!
We bill in 30-minute increments for overtime:
If your event runs over 15 minutes, you’ll be charged for 30 minutes.
If it runs over 55 minutes, you’ll be charged for an additional hour.
Overtime can be paid by credit card after your event, provided we have one on file.
Please note: We do not accept cash or checks at events.
If an artist requests cash for added time, report it immediately — it’s a violation of both your contract and theirs.
Travel Fee:
A standard $75 travel fee per artist is added to all bookings. This covers travel time, expenses, and event prep/cleanup.
Additional charges may apply based on distance, event location, or parking fees. Any adjustments will be communicated before booking confirmation.

Tips:
Tips are never required but always deeply appreciated. You’re welcome to tip your artist by credit card, company Venmo, or cash on the day of your event. |

Rush Booking Policy:
Jobs requested with less than 48 business hours’ notice are considered rush bookings. A credit card hold is required to secure staffing for all rush jobs. |
Payment/Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is required to book our artists. All sales are final and payments are nonrefundable.
We understand that unexpected changes happen — appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 business hours before your event, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 business hours’ notice are responsible for full payment.
Please note: Observed holidays are billed at time-and-a-half to compensate our artists for holiday pay.
