Added Time on the Day of Event:
So your event is a big hit and you want to keep your artist for longer. YES! You can do that. We bill in 30 min increments so if your event goes over 15 mins, you pay for 30 mins and if your event goes over 55 mins you pay for an additional hour. You may pay for this service via credit card after your event if you have a credit card on file with us. We DO NOT TAKE CASH OR CHECKS at the event. If your artist is suggesting taking cash for added time, please report this as it is a violation of your contract and theirs.
Tips:
We do not require tips but always appreciate them deeply. You may tip your artist in advance via credit card or pay in cash on the day of.
Travel Fee:
We have a mandatory standard travel fee of $75 that is added to your order per Artist. This accounts for the artist's travel time to and from your event, travel expenses, as well as prep/clean up time for your event. Please note that depending on where your artist is traveling from, where your event is located, and/or parking fee the travel fee may have additional fees, you will be notified about the travel fee prior to your booking.
Payment/Cancellation Policy:
Our Company policy is that we require full payment to book our Artists. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds. We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be rescheduled. Rescheduling can be made 48 business hours before your appointment. We can not promise that your desired time will be available on such short notice, however, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability. Payments are nonrefundable. If rescheduling or canceling is made less than 48 business hours before your appointment you are responsible for full payment of your event. We work hard behind the scenes to make sure your event is staffed on the day of your event.
**Observed Holiday's will be billed at time and a half to compensate our artist for holiday pay.**
Rush Booking Policy:
Rush Jobs will have an additional $150 rush fee added to your invoice per Artist.
Any job requested with less than 48 business hrs notice is considered a RUSH.
A Credit Card hold is required for us to staff your Rush job.
